Jim was recommended to us by our mortgage provider after we had prequalified for a mortgage. He set us up with a portal to view all listings on the MLS that met our criteria. After we had chosen about 6 we wanted to look at, he made all the arrangements with the sellers, and we saw all 6 properties in one afternoon. He printed out all the information available on each of the houses, including disclosures, which is something you can't really get online. He even included a map with the shortest route so we could be very efficient in our search. Once we had settled on a home we were really interested in, he was available for the home inspection, and also for the structural engineering inspection. He advised us on negotiating price, and he made excellent suggestions about what we should ask to have repaired before we would accept the counter offer.
My favorite thing about Jim was he never pushed. If he saw something wrong with a house he would point it out. He was low key but extremely professional. It was very clear that he wanted us to get the right house for us, not make a quick sale. He offered to help us look for additional properties if we wanted to. We got really lucky and found what we were looking for right away, but he would have kept working with us to find what we wanted.

This house actually was not even listed, but she had just heard about it and realized that it met our criteria and recommended this house to us. She was really great.
