With teenage and young adult drivers in the house we had much concern about the air bag light being on, rendering airbags non-functional. We were referred to First-Rate Auto by another trusted repair shop. After explaining possible problems including the worst-case scenario we had them do the diagnosis. They checked codes and cleared the warning lights to successfully reset the airbag system - without further work or charges required. We were pleased to pay the amount they had quoted for diagnosis and relieved with their honest assessment and handling.
