Carpet Installation
VINYL WAS INSTALLED POORLY. BUBBLES OF GLUE ARE UNDER FLOOR. WE HAD TO PAY COD ANYWAY OR THEY WOULDN'T INSTALL THE CARPET WE ORDERED. DID NOT HONOR THE BILLING TERMS DISCUSSED WHEN WE PURCHASED. WAS TOLD AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED THAT THERE WAS NO WARRANTY ON THE VINYL BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF BOARD UNDER IT. WHY DIDN'T THEY MENTION IT BEFORE THEY INSTALLED THE VINYL WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN CHANGED?
