We had gone on vacation and the bees had set up a home in our garage and there was a lot of bees there. We asked if he had a guarantee because the other companies did and he said "You don't need a guarantee" and twelve years later the bees have never came back. The first time it cost $75 when everyone else was going to charge over $100. The second time he said "consider it a Christmas present" because he was in the area visiting a friend.
