Extremely fast turnaround, beautiful work, very professional and polite! We needed the dresses in approximately a two week window, and they were willing to accommodate our schedule. Dresses were altered perfectly and very inexpensively.

It went very well. L*** helped by fitting the dress to my preference and comfort level. They were very accommodating and willing to complete the alteration within a week before the wedding. The dress had a lace overlay, so it was not a simple alteration to do. It turned out to fit perfectly and the work was excellent. Other customers I noticed in the shop were very satisfied as well with their own alterations, and I could tell that several were returning customers. This is a fine testament to their great work and customer service! I would highly recommend this business.

They've done quite a number of pieces for me over the last several weeks -- all different kinds of alterations. They've done a great job, and are very nice to work with -- they're a family-owned business. They've been completely honest about a couple of things I've asked them to do that they didn't think would turn out well because of seam positioning. I'm currently going through my wardrobe and getting a bunch of work done that I've put off for far too long, so I expect to be using them quite a bit more in the future!
