WE HAVE HAD 6 MORTGAGES AND HOME EQUITY LOANS PROCESS WITH THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING AND I CAN NOT SAY THAT ABOUT A LOT OF THE OTHER BANKS THAT I WORK WITH AS A LANDLORD. THEY WORK VERY HARD TO REMEDY ANY PROBLEMS. WE WORK WITH JACK DEWALT WHO IS GOOD ABOUT RETURNING CALLS AND IS VERY RESOURCEFUL. HE REALLY TRIES TO WORK IN THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST. THEY HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL! I APPRECIATE THE LITTLE THINGS THAT THEY DO FOR US AND I EVEN MADE THEM BROWNIES WHEN I CAME IN FOR THE CLOSING!
