Greet ! They came out and assessed the problem. Took the tv back to their shop , brought it back the next day fixed !

I brought the TV in on a Saturday. They said they would contact me Monday with an estimate. I did not hear from them, and I called Wednesday. After being on hold and transferred to three different people, I was told it would cost $68 to fix. I approved and they said they would call me when finished. I had not heard anything for about 10 days when I finally called them. In the process of fixing what they thought was the original problem, they discovered a new problem and said the TV could not be saved.

Very well, they came out to the car and carried the TV in, did the same when I picked it up. Quick & quality service.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PICTURE AND SOUND DISTORTION. THEY CAME AND TOOK THE TV FROM MY HOME FOR THE REPAIR. THEY ASKED FOR A CASH DEPOSIT UP FRONT WHEN THEY CAME, WHICH I DIDNT EXPECT, AND THEN THEY CHARGED A RATE FOR DELIVERY WHICH HAD ALSO NOT BEEN MENTIONED. IT WAS A SERIES OF HORRIBLE AND UNFORTUNATE EVENTS, AND THEY WERE UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH, FROM START TO FINISH. MY TV STILL IS NOT REPAIRED.
