Description of Work: Landlords, beware: We hired Elite because we owned property in Milwaukee but lived out of state. While they did find us tenants right away, they found us the worst tenants in the world. When we went to visit the property, we realized the tenants had destroyed it. They told us they had called Elite many times to have things fixed (the things they hadn't destroyed themselves) and Elite never returned their calls. One month, the terrible tenants didn't pay, and Elite didn't notice nor notify me until the middle of the month, so my mortgage payment was late. Every time I called Elite, I never received a call back. I felt like I worked for them and not vice versa. We fired them, and have taken over management ourselves. Although they will eagerly accept your business, they will not watch over your property at all.
