THE CARPET CLEANER WAS VERY POLITE. HE CALLED BACK WITHIN A DAY WHEN I MESSAGE LEFT WITH HIM. HE WAS ABLE TO DO THE JOB WITHIN A WEEK OF BEING CALLED. HE USED A DEEP EXTRACTION CLEANING METHOD VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE PUT PAPER UNDER LEGS OF LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE.
