FAMILY OWNED/RUN, VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ACTUAL REPAIR WAS OVER & BEYOND ORIGINAL DIAGNOSIS, BUT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEY PROMISED TV WOULD BE BACK WITHIN 5 DAYS, IT WAS FIXED AND RETURNED IN 2 DAYS. THEY DESERVE MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Description of Work: THEY MADE A SERVICE CALL TO LOOK AT MY CONSOLE TV FOR ONLY $10. THEY RESET IT TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN. THEY STATED EVENTUALLY IT WILL NEED TO GO IN TO THE SHOP. AT THAT POINT THEY WILL COME TO GET IT AND NOT CHARGE ME ANOTHER SERVICE CALL AND THEN RETURN IT TO ME IN 2 DAYS.

COMPANY PICKED UP TV THE SAME DAY I CALLED, TOOK ONLY 3 DAYS TO REPAIR (ESTIMATED 5-7 DAYS), AND RETURNED IT TIMELY. WERE COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE OF PROBLEM, AND PUNCTUAL. IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR BILL, BUT GIVEN THE ORIGINAL COST OF THE TV, IT WAS COMPARABLE.

COULDN''T FIND OUR STUCK TAPE WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP TV, SO WE HAD ANOTHER TRIP OUT THERE TO GET IT LATER. LUCKILY, IT WASN''T A RENTAL WHICH THEY KNEW. BUT THEY FOUND A REMOTE CONTROL (OUR ORIGINAL BROKE) THAT WAS PRETTY COMPATIBLE FOR OUR SET.......WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO DO ON TV/VCR COMBO SETS. THEY ALSO HELPED US FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT SO WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.

WE HAD PREVIOUSLY TAKEN THE SET TO ANOTHER SHOP. THEY CHARGED $20 JUST TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. THEY CALLED 2 DAYS LATER WITH AN ESTIMATE OF $175 AND SAID IT WOULD TAKE 8 TO 10 DAYS. AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE, ATLAS WAS LIKE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR.
Description of Work: WE HAD NO SOUND ON OUR TV. MY HUSBAND TOOK IT IN FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND IT WAS READY TO BE PICK UP THE FOLLOWING DAY.
