It went perfectly. They arrived on time and when they left, I truly could not tell they were even in my home, they were that clean and neat. After they left I opened a number of vents just to "see" what I could see and I was pleased to see they were perfectly clean. They looked lie brand new vents. When scheduling the work I was given the option of a morning or afternoon appointment. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone interested in this service. Nice people and great work.

Everything was explained to me. I was shown the before and after and I was amazed how clean the ducts were. The job was done professionally and everything was cleaned up when he was done.

I was pleased with the results. It didn't take as long as I expected, but then again the house was pretty empty. The work was done quickly and efficiently. No mess to clean up after. They got me an appointment quickly since we were already showing the house.

Dust Free Ducts was great. After having a horrible experience with a company we had purchased a Groupon deal for who didn't even show up, we gave Dust Free Ducts a call since there were recommended by a colleague.  We had wanted to get our ducts cleaned up before my husbands upcoming surgery after just purchasing a home and they were able to fit us that week yet.  He was prompt and even called when he was running a tad late from traffic coming from Milwaukee. He was very professional and polite and answered all of my husbands questions about our system and the process and even pointed out different things about our system to us and things to look at and fix/update in the future.  Left our house as clean as when he arrived and the holes in our ducts used to attached the vacuum were patched very well. Would recommend them to anyone and would go with again.

Tom came and cleaned all the extremely dirty air ducts in an 85 year old home I recently purchased. He was very nice, professional, and helpful. He showed me how to change and maintain the furnace filter and dryer vent. He took his time doing a thurough job throughout the house. The vents look great, what an imptovement. Their price was very competitive and well worth it.

The overall service was good.  They were responsive, and they could clean my ducts which were flexible and not just fixed metal.  They were one of the few that could do that without damaging the ducts.  I will use their services again in the future.

They gave us an Angie's List discount which was nice. The man was very friendly. He got it done in a fairly quick amount of time and he cleaned up after himself. I felt that his work was pretty thorough.

The company was on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, and was gone. He said, that the ducts appear to have never been cleaned.

Adam called and said he was running about 15 minutes late due to traffic. He showed up as expected, walked through the entire house and began to clean the duct-work. He was very professional, explained the process and neatly cleaned up the minor debris at each entry location. The entire process took about four hours. I was very pleased and recommend them.

It was a good experience. They were on-time as scheduled, friendly and efficient. I have had no problems whatsoever.

Tom was on time, courteous and very professional. I felt comfortable letting him work in my house without watching over his shoulder. He knew exactly what he needed to do and did not waste any time completing his job. His tools appeared to be very adequate for a heavy cleaning job. I feel the price was fair (even though other companies offer cheaper prices) and included free sanitizing. I would recommend this company to my friends.

ON TIME. VERY PROFESSIONAL. ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. SHOWED THE INSIDE OF THE DUCTS TO SEE HOW DIRTY THEY WERE (THEY WERE). USED A VERY GOOD SYSTEM INCLUDING VACUUMING TO AN EXTERIOR LARGE BAG. THERE INDEED WAS NO DUST IN THE AIR OR DIRT ON THE FLOORS AFTER THEIR WORK. SHOWED US THE INSIDE OF THE DUCTS AFTER JOB AND THEY WERE SPOTLESS.

JASON WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND DID NOT SEEM TO BE ANNOYED WITH ME ASKING. HE CALCULATED MY BILL PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE WORK SO THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. HE SPENT 4 HOURS WORKING. NO MESS REMAINED BEHIND, ALTHOUGH HE DID NOT MOVE ALL THE FURNITURE BACK TO WHERE IT WAS ORIGINALLY. EVEN MY DOGS LIKED HIM!

THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB AND STUCK TO THEIR ESTIMATE THAT THEY GAVE OVER THE PHONE. HE WAS TOP NOTCH.
