Stay away from him. I paid up front for the repairs and did not fix my problems. He only did patrial fixes and never showed up on time. He even guaranteed this for 10 years. He may be going under a different business name now.

Terrible. A year ago February we signed the contract. They finally came in late May. They did a sloppy job and borrowed all of our tools and even gas from out gas cans. They didn't replace the decking in the "difficult" places, like next to the chimney and didn't redo the flashing like they said they would. They also didn't seal the roof around the vents. This year we had to have another company really do a tear off around the chimney ($3600) since our buckets of water in the attic were full again, our ceiling drywall needs to be replaced and our tubular skylights still need to be reinstalled! All due to shoddy work.

WE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM MAY 17, 2005. I PAID THEM HALF UP FRONT, $2700, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BEGIN THE JOB WITHIN 2 WEEKS. IT IS NOW OCT. 2005, AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T STARTED THE JOB. WE'VE CONTACTED THEM MANY TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS GIVE US THE RUNAROUND OR THEY SAY THEY ARE COMING, AND THEN THEY DON'T SHOW OR CALL. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE UNLESS WE CALL FROM A BLOCKED NUMBER. I DID TALK WITH THE OWNER THERE AND HE TOLD US TO GO AHEAD AND BUY THE MATERIALS AND HE'D COME DO THE JOB, HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR OUR MATERIALS, EVEN THOUGH OUR DOWN PAYMENT SHOULD HAVE COVERED THAT COST. NOW IT IS NEARING THE END OF THE SEASON AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE OUR ROOF AND THEY HAVE OUR MONEY.
