Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I had a very negative experience with the management. When they replaced my air handler in the summer they left the wire from the thermostat disconnected. Come November our heater would not turn on. Their service guy was not able to diagnose the issue and suggested it was not their fault. I had to call another heating company to have it fixed eventually. When I later called them to file a claim for my expenses they vehemently denied that it was their responsibility. Instead they blamed the improper setup of our unit. Throughout the whole process they were very defensive and tried to push all the blame onto the customer. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
