Flooring
Dan was great. He called to confirm, and did a great job. We asked if he could use water-based varnish (odor, dry-time, and just prefer the color) and he did. When we bought the house the room was carpeted, and when we pulled up the carpet we found old pet stains. He was able to get them out. The floor looks fantastic, and there was less dust than I expected. I couldn't be happier.
