The sales people were very pleasant and helpful. They were able to make sure the replacement parts would work for our chairs. They did have some problems obtaining the parts from the manufacturer so there was a delay. We would have appreciated a phone call to update us on the delay, but when we called them, they were again courteous and helpful. Once the parts came in, the repairs were done quickly while we waited. It was obvious that good customer service is important at this store.
