NO PRESSURE SALES, GAVE US LOTS OF INFORMATION BUT LET US LOOK AROUND AS LONG AS WE WANTED. NO PRESSURE TO BUY THE EXTRA WARRANTIES. WE PURCHASED A DISPLAY SECTIONAL, AND THEY ALLOWED US TO BUY THE DISPLAY CHAIR/OTTOMAN AS WELL SO BOTH COULD BE DELIVERED RIGHT AWAY. THEY DELIVERED ON THE DAY THEY SAID, AND CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING SO WE WERE READY FOR THEM. WONDERFUL SERVICE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY WOULD GO BACK.
