Dickenschrauf HVAC

Before we moved into our house their electrician, while doing an HVAC tune up, preformed an electrical panel inspection, for an additional charge, and stated there were no issues with it and signed off on it. Once we moved in and quickly noticed electrical problems we had to have almost $4,000 worth of work done just to get the electrical panel and service up to code and safe to live in the house. The electric panel had to be replaced due to a potential fire hazard and water entering through the service line, nothing in the house was grounded, even though there were three prong receptacles. This included the panel not having a ground and improper bond to the water line. In addition there were multiple safety hazards found related to the wiring. They 'might' be a decent HVAC company but their master electrician must not have done more than glance at the panel and it ended up costing us a lot of time and money to have it corrected.

I appreciate Dan taking time away from his family to stop over on a Saturday to turn on my boiler. What was even more shocking was Dan's generosity of not charging me a trip charge. Most contractors would have charged a trip charge. Not my man Dan!
