He came recommended by Sasha's Painting Service. He has come to our house off and on since the fall. We call him, sometimes he answers but most of the time he doesn't. He said he would finish the work but we haven't heard from him in the past three weeks. He knows that we need to get this house painted- we have an order from the city to get the it painted (which he knows).
