We got Dave's name from a friend, who suggested we use him to find and purchase a house in Bay View. Dave has been working in the area forever and specializes in homes in Bay View. He was incredibly patient with us, as we looked at a good number of homes before buying our home. He was clearly a very experienced realtor and wanted to make sure we got the best house in our budget. Dave did a great job of handling the negotiations with the seller's realtor. About six months after we moved in, we thought we might have to relocate for a job. Dave was willing to help us sell the house and cut his fee significantly, so we could get our investment back out of the property. We didn't move but it was a very generous offer on his part.
