WE REQUIRED DAVE'S ASSISTANCE ON A SUNDAY EVENING OF A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. HE WAS POLITE ON THE TELEPHONE, GAVE ME A PRICE QUOTE AND AN ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, WHICH WAS WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A DIFFICULT LOCK, HE CHARGED US THE PRICE HE QUOTED ON THE TELEPHONE. WE WERE ESPECIALLY PLEASED WITH HIS PUNCTUALITY AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE CONSIDERING THE TIME OF THE CALL.
