D&G Garage Doors & Openers

Overall service was excellent! Both of our garage door springs broke on a Sunday. We're new to the area, so we called around based on Angie's List finds. The first few places were booked up, or didn't service on Sundays at all. We finally found D&G, who answered our call right away, and sent someone out to help us within a few hours. Jay, our serviceman, was very professional, and was in and out within 45min. He also tuned up a few things around our (old) garage door to help prevent further issues. D&G did charge an emergency service fee, but also honored the 10% off coupon that they posted on their website, and gave us two more 10% off coupons upon services rendered. Overall price was a little higher than some competitors, but based on availability and professionalism, we would definitely hire them again.

This is a rental property and the tenant called me about an inoperable garage door opener. D&G scheduled an appointment quickly. The repairman had everything needed to replace the faulty opener with him on the truck. He was polite, efficient and explained the problem and what it needed to be fixed. The repair required a complete replacement of the operating system which meant new remotes. He sold me an additional remote so that as landlord I had a remote for myself and 2 for the tenants. Although I would have liked a repair that didn't require a total operating system replacement, this job was done well and the tenants were not disturbed.
