FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE, THEY DIDNT FOLLOW THROUGH. THE SINKS WERE NOT PROPERLY CONNECTED. THEY DIDNT COME BACK TO FINISH THINGS. THEY ALSO BROKE A WINDOW AND DIDNT FIX IT. I HAVE PICTURES.

THEY USE VERY CHEAP MATERIALS, YET THEY HAVE HIGH PRICES. THEY DID NOT USE WATERPROOF CAULKING AND THE TUB LEAKED FROM THE FIRST DAY IT WAS INSTALLED. HE SAID HE WOULD CHARGE TO REPAIR HIS OWN WORK, HE DIDNT DIAGNOSE LEAK PROBLEM AND ACCUSED ME OF TAKING SHOWERS WITH THE DOOR OPEN! I HAVE FILED LITIGATION AGAINST THEM AND COMPLAINED TO THE BBB. I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THE PLUMBER THEY USED WAS NOT LICENSED AT THE TIME OF THE CONTRACT, AND HE DIDNT HAVE A PERMIT TO DO THE WORK.
