I was blown away by their rapid response and the fact that, even though it was a weekend, they took the time to put my bike on the rack, show me the issues, and even gave me some basic maintenance advice. Being generally new to serious biking, I was happy to have them show me how some of the work was done. I seriously got the impression that they all avid bikers, and really knew how to explain their craft well. I also got one other impression that you normally don't see much in the service industry anymore. That is, it felt honestly like they were not just glad to have my business, but eager to be helpful. In the end, I walked out with two like-new bikes, for generally less than I have paid for similar services. This enabled me to buy the accessories I wanted there as well. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

They were really good and punctual. The price was reasonable and they did it quickly. They were very helpful. They didn't charge for the brakes.

I bought 2 tires, had 2 tubes installed, and the wheels trimmed. I have been using him for years. The prices are good. He gives you good trade in values. They have a social network. You can go riding with some of the other people. They hold social events. They are just fantastic. They have clinics. You can go in, ask them questions, and get help. They helped me rebuild a vintage Schwinn bike a few years ago. They gave me free advice. I will continue to use him.

I was very pleased with the results. They were able to fix the bike and there have been no issues since the repair. In fact, the part they used to complete the repair was a used part they found in their basement. I was VERY happy with that since the part was perfectly OK for this bike and it kept the costs to a minimum, which was a goal.

They got the job done quickly. They charged exactly what they estimated. They provided good customer service. They answered any questions I asked them, even after they got the job done.

Cory's is a great neighborhood bike shop. I've been going there for years, but it just occurred to me to file a report. I can't believe no one else has written about them yet! I mostly like to work on my bike myself, and Cory's is a shop that can support that. They don't try to sell me fancy new-fangled things I don't need, and they don't make fun of my old bike. In fact, they have a whole back room full of amazing old bikes just looking for good homes. The combined knowledge of the staff is incredible. I like stopping in and collaborating on the perfect solution to the problem. My brakes had started squealing, so they helped me find new pads that will wear well. They were easy to install. They also helped me adjust the brake levers so that braking requires less effort and is more easily controlled.
