CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTIONS

Tim did a very good job with the door. We also discussed having him install a touch pad door opener in my garage and adding an extension to a down spout in my yard. I was going to purchase the door opener and call him when I had it and he said he would pick up the down spout. I called to tell him I had purchased the door opener and he said he would definitely be over to install it early the following week, as well as put in the down spout. I never heard from him again. I would normally have called him again, however, this was not the first time he didn't return a call. He has done work for me in the past and I have been satisfied with his work, but I had to follow up with him several times. If I am going to do business with someone, I expect the courtesy of a response, etc.

Everything went very well. Tim was prompt, did an excellent job, and everything was cleaned up when the work was completed. He explained everything he was doing. His prices are reasonable, he is very honest, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I would very highly recommend him.
