"I have never charged anyone over $75 in ten years of business. What most likely happened was that I fixed the problem, they voluntarily paid me $50 when it was done, they screwed it up again, then demanded I come back to redo the work. I have done over 2,000 jobs over this time, so how would I be able to know who this is or how to contact them if they do not call me. With this type of behavior I would never want to be near them again in either case. I depend on great reviews and referrals, and they plaster this review under different names on every site that allows them. I use my real full name because I stand behind my work. I do not have to be held hostage by them to work over and over again, or else..."
