Technician (Ron) was very helpful from the beginning with very fair pricing, helped me to order a better power supply from a reputable and quick source. Came over the following day and installed it at the quoted price. Only quibble is that he got delayed from an earlier job and it would have been nice to have been kept abreast of a later than scheduled arrival. However, did an excellent job for a great price and would recommend him highly, overall.

He works out of his house. I called him, and he called back within one hour. Went he got to my house he worked on my computer for about one hour. At that point he told me it would be cheap if he could take it with him. He came back 3 days later, and set it back up.
