Clear-Vu windows Cleaning

A real person from Clear-Vu actually answered the phone when I called for information about window and gutter cleaning.  Based upon what I said I wanted done, she gave me an approximate estimate over the phone.  She put me on the work order list and then called a couple days before the work was scheduled to be done.  Two workmen from Clear-Vu came out wearing jackets with the company name.  They worked fast and efficiently on the jobs to be done.  I felt they went above and beyond the call of duty particularly in cleaning gutters.  I was extremely pleased with the window cleaning because most of the wooden storm windows hadn't been off the house in years.  Same with raising some of the inside windows but they managed to do the entire job without any problems.  I was pleased with the price and the work and will absolutely use them again for gutter cleaning next year, although I will call to schedule earlier in the fall.

They did a very good job. I got them from Angie’s List. They were very thorough, they came, they did the job, sent the bill and they went zip, zip, zip. When I went online, asked for reply and told them what I had, they replied very promptly. I had a conflict when they were scheduled to come and do the windows, I told them I would not be around and they said that would not be a problem at all. I had one of the neighbors to watch and by the time we came back from our trip we had clean windows. It was hassle free. It was really great. It was a two storey house and I thought it was a great price. I thought they were fair in terms of price. In terms of quality, it was great to see out of my windows, it was foggy. In terms of responsiveness, they were very responsiveness. In terms of punctuality, that I do not know because we were not here, but my neighbor said, they were there when they said they were supposed to be there. In terms of professionalism, I did not meet them directly but they were very professional on the phone. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
