I received 2 different arrangements from Chet and Leona's, one received the day after my surgery and the other 2 days after surgery. Both bouquets had flowers that were showing some signs of wilting when they were received. Within 2 days, most of the flowers in both bouquets were bad enough that they had to be thrown away. I have never had this happen before. If I would have been feeling better, I would have called them to complain. The only flowers to survive were the lilies in one of the bouquets. Even the roses died. I would never personally use this florist after this experience.

"I wish you would have called. We have a 10 day guarantee longest in the business. Most flowers are imported directly from farms occasionally come in and sent out after processing and we only have you to count on to tell us the freshness. We take complaints very seriously with no questions asked 100% satisfaction. I'm not happy till your happy. I'll personally research your account."
