I WAS APPALLED WITH THE APPRAISERS ACTIONS. SHE WAS LATE IN SENDING ME THE RESULTS OF THE APPRAISAL, BUT SHE FINALLY DID. SHE SAID IT WAS LATE BECAUSE THE APPRAISER WANTED TO BUY THE HOUSE. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! APPRAISE A HOUSE AND THEN SAY YOU WANT TO BUY IT. HOW CAN THEY BE TRUSTED TO GIVE A VALID APPRAISAL. IN ADDITION THE COMPANY REQUIRED A CASH PAYMENT, AND WOULD NOT TAKE A CHECK OR CREDIT CARD. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE DUE TO THE UNPROFESSIONAL NATURE OF THE WORK DONE.
