Flooring, Carpet Installation
Selection was excellent and prices were fair. Installation did not go well, and as a result, carpeting had to be replaced. The owner went unbelievably out of his way to make sure the fix was appropriate, including personally supervising the replacement. He felt worse about the problem than we did! Weeks later, he's still apologizing....I no longer answer the phone! To us, the true measure of a quality operation is how problems are solved, and this company is the best. Will definitely use again, and recommend to others.

I FOUND THEM PROFESSIONAL AND FOUND THAT THEY FOUND SOMETHING WRONG IN THE POLISHING. THEY POINTED IT OUT TO ME, AND I FELT THEY WERE GREAT BECAUSE THEY POINTED BAD THINGS OUT TO ME WHEN THEY COULD HAVE KEPT GOING ON.
