BULL'S-EYE SEWER & DRAIN SERVICE

Great! Called mark at 12:02 pm and he returned my call in 11 minutes. Was at my rental property within half an hour! This was refreshing service after not even getting a return call from a competitor! Thank you Mark. Also, since this is a rental property, it was a huge help that he could bill me and I didn't have to be onsite!

I had a sewer backup in the basement. I called Mark in the morning and he said he would be able to drop by in the afternoon. I waited for him and he came around  4.30 pm to attempt to snake out the sewer. He spent an hour or so and just cut some roots. He said he did not have any more time to spend snaking it out, and he had 3 other jobs to do, and he packed up and left. Yes, he just left in the middle of a job!!! He left a mess of waste water in my basement while retracting his snake line, and did not even bother to clean up. I had to clean it up myself. He left at 5.30 pm and I was left with no choice but to call another plumber at the emergency service rates, it was really expensive requesting for emergency service. If Mark had told me he did not have time in the morning, I would have found another plumber during office hours and not had to pay expensive rates after office hours. Secondly, he did not clean up the mess he left behind. I will never use such an unreliable plumber!!!

He was done in about 30 minutes. He came out right away to do the work and got the job done and cleaned up well.

We woke up on a Sunday morning to an unpleasant odor coming from the basement.  The sewer had backed up from the floor drain and stationary tubs.  Of course, this occurred at the most inconvenient time.  Not only was it a weekend, but we had house guests.  I called Mark at Bull's-Eye and he was at the house within the hour.  He was able to clear out the blockage (tree roots were the culprit) and restore proper drainage.  This guy was a life saver at a reasonable cost.   We would definitely use his services again.

He came in on Sunday as promised,on time. Went straight to the kitchen drain, asked a couple of questions, and took care of the problem.  He was very quiet.  Took care of cleaning after himself as well.

Our main service drain backed up on a Saturday afternoon and we knew that it needed prompt attention. I quickly went to Angie's List to find a reputable company that would not charge a ridiculous amount like the well known competitor does. Bull's Eye Sewer & Drain Service came up as one of the results and had good reviews, so we called to get an appointment scheduled. Mike, the owner, answered my call right away and when I explained the problem to him, he said that he could help us out and do it at a very reasonable rate. He called before he headed over to our house and promptly got to work. He left a little mess in one of the areas of the house, but nothing that bothered us. We will definitely keep Bull's Eye in mind for future drain and sewer needs. 

Mark came to my house with short notice, late on a Saturday afternoon.  He didn't have the crazy emergency night and weekend fee that a well known competitor has.  He came in and quickly diagnosed the problem, snaked it out, and headed on his way.  A few weeks later, I haven't had anymore problems with the drain.  I'm very happy with his work and will use him again if I have any other drain problems.

I had a good experience with Mike. I had called him in the evening on Monday and he scheduled me in the next day and was willing to work around my schedule.  He was courteous and cleaned up after his work. Most importantly he did a good job and was willing to answer my questions about what had caused my sewer backup. I suppose thankfully the stoppage was not from my house to the street (the lateral I believe), but underneath the floor. Either way he cleared it up and now everything works the way it's supposed too.

They did a fine job. I keep calling them because I trust them to do the job correctly.

It went perfect. I don't go out of my way to report on contractors unless they strike me as extraordinary. Number one, as a homeowner, is the value we place on trust. No one wants to feel they are being taken advantage of, especially when it's an emergency or that they feel uncomfortable having in their home. I believe in a fair dollar for fair, honest work. That is what I got from Mark. I think contractors should be adequately compensated for their work and our convenience and trust. Convenience certainly comes into play when ones kitchen sink is out of commission with dirty, sloppy dishes piling up.

Mark made it easy to get an appointment around my schedule, and arrived promptly. We held our breath that the ancient Palmer Valve would ever open, but he got it unstuck in less than a half hour. Then he did the sewer clean out and ground out tree roots. A house inspector had told us to expect this job to be expensive, but Mark's fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Kept the area clean and was honest when asked about the condition; ie- that the roots had not grown back too bad from a 2 year ago last cleaning.

Gentleman came when promised (we asked for next day), was professional, did work promptly, made minor toilet adjustment he found when testing system, and left a clean workspace.

Very responsive and punctual. Work was performed quickly at what I considered to be a very reasonable price. Would recommend highly.

Excellent. I have used him before. He comes the same day you call. He was referred by a friend who owns 3 duplexes and has used him many times for house and sewer drains with good results. This is the third time I have used this service.

I CALLED HIM AT 11 AM AND BY 1 PM IT WAS FIXED. THIS PLEASED US SINCE HEAVY RAIN WAS FORECAST FOR THE WEEKEND AND WE HAD EXPERIENCED SOME LEAKAGE IN OUR BASEMENT A FEW DAYS EARLIER.

MARK CALLED AND ASKED IF HE COULD COME EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED. HE WAS POLITE, COURTEOUS AND FLEXIBLE.

QUICK, CLEANS UP FAIRLY WELL. SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE. HELPFUL IN ESTIMATING TIMING OF MAINTENANCE. WAS 1/2 HOUR LATE, BUT WILL STILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED TO HAVE THIS DONE AGAIN.

MARK WAS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND CHARGED A FAIR PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT HESITATION.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS BUSINESS-OWNER. HE RESPONDED QUICKLY AND USED NEWER EQUIPMENT, WHICH KEPT DOWN ON THE MESS. HE LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND WE WERE QUITE SATISFIED.

MARK CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY MORNING AND DID A VERY COMPLETE JOB. HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING WELL BEFORE HE LEFT. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN!
