The inspector, Jon, performed the inspection both times. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he performed the inspection. I asked a lot of questions and he answered every one of them.

I was really glad that I took a lot of notes when Keith was at the house, because I never heard from him again. He said he would send a printed report with all his recommendations and detailed drawings. But he never did even though I called both the office and his cell phone on average every two weeks for at least four months. He didn't answer the cell phone and the office said he'd call me back, or he's having trouble getting the report out of the computer, or he's having problems with the drawings, or he'll get it to me as soon as he can, or he's waiting for me to send a floor plan (which he had never requested of me), or he has my phone number and will keep me posted... You get the picture. In the meantime, I gave up and called somebody else. Good thing the company never sent me a bill!

WHAT WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTING IS THAT I WAS INITIALLY GREATLY IMPRESSED BY KEITH'S PUNCTUALITY AND THE METHOD'S USED TO DETERMINE THE ABOVE. HE SEEMED LIKE AN INTELLIGENT, TRUE PROFESSIONAL. AFTER KEITH PERFORMED THESE TESTS, HE SAID HE'D MAIL ME THE ANALYSIS REPORT, A BILL FOR $125.00 AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF WHAT I COULD DO TO SPECIFICALLY ENHANCE MY HOMES ENERGY EFFICIENCY. WELL, HE HAD FAILED TO DO ANY OF THESE THINGS. AFTER MY REPEATED UNANSWERED PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS SINCE 4 MONTHS AFTER THE TESTS, I HAD GIVEN UP ON HIM. WHO KNOWS? GO FIGURE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY'LL WASTE YOUR TIME.
