This contractor is fraudulent. Daniel Zweck was initially very responsive and provided a fair bid for the work. He initially wanted a deposit of half. I was cautious and agreed to a front deposit of $250.00 to cover the permit fee with additional payment for materials once demolition was completed. He came to my home, we signed an agreement and I provided him with the deposit. That was the last time I was able to reach him. He stopped answering or returning my calls. When he failed to start the work on the agreed date and when he failed to even call me back by the estimated project completion date, I sent him a certified letter cancelling the agreement and demanding a return of my deposit. He has not responded to multiple requests. It has been over a year. I expect my only recourse will be small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY.
