Brennan Painting recently painted the exteriors of our aluminum-sided house and two vinyl-sided garages. It was such a positive experience from start to finish. Their quote was in line with others we had and the job was completed in less than a week. Professional, excellent communication, and skilled. We’re blown away by the results and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Brennan's crew was skillful and personable. Tim, the boss, was easy to deal with and checked on the site frequently. The work is top notch. There were at least two painters on the job every day until completion. The job was finished as priced out. A carpenter was available for wood repairs. We would definitely use Brennan again.

We needed our exterior painted quickly as we had our house up for sale first thing in the spring. Everyone we contacted said they were too busy, but Tim said he would try to find a way to squeeze us in between a few other jobs. He made it happen, and the house looks great.

Tim was quick and detailed in his quote and took the time to answer our questions. He always responded right away whenever we had a question during the process, and was great at keeping us updated. We had a very short window of time to complete the project and Tim completely delivered. Not only was it done with plenty of time to spare, but every detail was carefully attended to. Tim and his amazing crew worked wonders on the exterior of our house. They were thorough in pressure washing, sanding, caulking, priming and painting. Tim’s crew was professional, courteous and accommodating. We are extremely pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call on them again. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic! This 3300 sq. foot house has a lot, lot, lot of fussy detail. It required four colors. Victorian decorative trim and new turned wooden balusters all repainted, along with newly renovated porch and front door. Tim's crew was one of the best I've ever worked with... flexible, personable and happy to roll with my last minute changes and adjustments. We tweaked the siding color three times, and Tim's foreman was more than happy to keep adjusting until we got the color exactly the way we wanted it. Not only that, we had the old basketball hoop removed from the garage and the shake shingles repainted to match the shingles on the house. It's so beautiful I can't stop admiring it. We also get endless compliments on the look and quality of the workmanship. We were very lucky to find Brennan Painting.

We are very happy with the service, communication and final results from Brennan Painting. ?Tim Brennan was very honest about cost and?timeframe expectations. ?The work was meticulously?done. ?His price was not the lowest but we are confident we got what we paid for. ?We are also having a remodel done at our house and our painter for the remodel commented on what a superb job they did on the exterior of our house. ?He said he was looking for flaws and couldn't find any. ?Other residents in our subdivision have had the exterior of their houses done and it is visible where short cuts were taken. ?None were taken with our home. ?If we had concerns or questions, Tim or one of his team members quickly responded. ?We had high expectations and they were met! ?Thank you Brennan Painting!

They did a great job! They did all the required prep work and ensured that everything was done correctly. They just finished a couple of days ago and everything looks great!

It went very well. The garage door required a lot of prep work with sanding and priming and the time was taken to do that even though it was a cold day and the temptation might have been to finish more quickly.  The young man doing the job was polite and professional.  I would use thiscompany again for future painting needs.

Tim & his crew did a nice job.  The work was done quickly, and his crew were able to answer questions and respond to requests about the work on the spot.  The project got started a little later than planned due to some unexpected scheduling issues, but was otherwise timely.  I would use Brennan Painting again.

Substituted a Sherwin Williams stain for the Olympic stain I specified for the second structure. I consider the Sherwin Williams stain
to be a very poor substitution.
They required 55% more time for the second structure. The more I check the more unreasonable this additional time becomes.
Did outside stain work in risky weather. There should be a formal system of shared risk for bad weather.

Very thorough job of power wash, prep and painting.  The crew was careful around our plantings and landscape and did a beautiful job at a fair price.  Pleasant people to work with who show up on time.  Highly recommend Brennan.

I can't think of one thing that could be improved with Brennan's service. I was very happy with the results. The work that was done was very neat and professional and the house looks great. Attention to detail was excellent - and I'm pretty fussy.

Courteous, on time and energetic young people.

The owner of the business is very responsive. He returns calls promptly and addresses concerns timely. He is very easy to work with and his employees were all very nice people. The guys really did work hard to finish the job. Most of them were college kids.They did have to come back and touch up a few places that they missed a few times. This was done timely. Noticed a few places where paint got on windows and was not cleaned up but not a bad job overall. This was the first time that we have hired someone to paint our exterior of the house. Our paint job included 2 coats of paint. We had a handy man replace some boards. Now, we will have to see how well the paint holds up over time. It was Sherwin Williams brand paints.

Finished paint job looks very good. Painters worked quickly and did a good job removing old paint and applying new finishes on the house. Cleanup by Brennan on a daily basis was poor. We had to make multiple calls to get paint chips cleaned up. Paint was left on eaves, in gutters, on the roof,  on the pavement and in the grass. There are still stains from caulk on our neighbors driveway. I am still in the process of cleaning paint splatter off windows.
   The final part of the painting job required painting of storm windows which was done too hurriedly in our opinion(possibly to finish the job). Some storms didn't have both sides painted, needed second coats and when the storms were hung back up they were still tacky and paint stuck to interior window trim. These will have to be touched up next spring. 
   Brennan was responsive to our requests but their workers did a poor job cleaning up when directed to by Brennan. At the price point  (which was middle of the pack of the quotes we received) I would expect to have the contractor to put down drop cloths and cleanup properly.   As i said the finished job looks very good. Brennan used quality paint and worked quickly but issues with cleanup and attention to details left us somewhat dissatisfied with the overall service.

Fine.  No problems.  Very professional and with 3 year warranty.  Will keep work under observation for any issues.
