I asked for the water heater to be repaired. The next thing we get is a bill that the unit has been replaced without authorization for $650. $650 for a 40 gallon water heater! After complaining they reduced it to $582.50. I'm still not sure why I paid to replace the unit that needed to be fixed. On the reduced bill he charged $60 for the delivery of less than 5 miles and $20 for solder and other supplies. What handy man doesn't have solder?
