Very pleased with service, was referred to him by my siding contractor.? Pricing seemed reasonable and work was exceptional.? They cleaned up so well could hardly tell they were there.? He added service because I could keep his guys working when another job was postponed.? Would definitely recommend and hire again.

I have used BOB O'BRIEN INSULATION on several projects. His prices are always competitive and he is a very nice guy. On the last project I'm not quite certain that all of the work was performed as quoted. He is also always very quick to request payment. He will call you in the morning, say the guys will be done today and ask if can get paid right away. I prefer at least a couple of days so that I can check the work out first.
Overall, a good contractor.

Obrien's crew blew in Cellulose insulation to our living and dining room walls. One day job, efficient, clean and with this winter's cold, I am very glad we had the work performed last summer.

The price was more than reasonable for all that they did. They were really prompt, we just happened to catch them on a day they had off but we had an emergency. They came out right away the next day.

They did a excellent job. If I need them again I would call them back. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent! Their clean-up was done very well; we didn't have to worry about any of it.

Everything went great! Bob was able to give me an estimate right over the phone based on information I provided him. No special trip to the house. And he held to the given estimate - no hidden costs. One small glitch. Work was postponed by one week due to truck breakdowns but that was more of a problem for Bob than me. Can't blame him for that. Those things happen. He called and apologized for the delay. On actual work day showed up a few hours later than scheduled but again, no problem as I was home all day and had nothing else planned. Two men came and had everything done in just over 5 hours. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. They gladly answered all my stupid questions (trust me, I have a lot of those). Upon completion, they cleaned up very well. After they left, you couldn't even tell they were there. Overall experience was great and would use them again. Would also recommend them to others.

Installation was well done, did a good job cleaning up. Estimate was provided at time of visit. Estimator missed a couple of appointments due to other commitments, but was very flexible to meet my schedule each time we needed to reschedule. Estimator was very knowledgeable of his craft and provided helpful recommendations.

We were extremely pleased with everything, including price. They rearranged their schedule to work with us and we were happy with them.

He was great, he was very very nice, and very sweet. The insulation went great. We wanted to get a new roof but we found out the vents in the roof would be easier and cheaper. This guy was great and honest and I would definitely recommend him.

Outstanding work, professional communication, service and follow-up. We are very happy with our experience,and have recommended O'Brien Insulation to many friends.

MET BOB AT THE NARI SHOW. FAST QUOTE AND FOLLOW-UP. CREW WORKED HARD ON A COLD, ROTTEN DAY. REQUIRED A FOLLOW UP VISIT TO ADD MORE INSULATION TO THE ATTIC, BUT WAS HANDLED VERY FAST. OVERALL, A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I ALSO WANTED BLOWN-IN CELLULOSE IN THE EXTERIOR WALLS. BUT, AFTER THE CREW CHECKED UNDER THE EXISTING SIDING (AND DRILLED A FEW TEST HOLES INTO THE EXTERIOR WALLS-WHICH THEY RE-FILLED), I HAD EXISTING NEWSPAPER 'INSULATION'' ATTACHED TO THE FRAMING. THERE WAS NO ROOM TO BLOW-IN ANYTHING ADDITIONAL. THE ESTIMATE WAS ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. BOB O'BRIEN WAS NOT VERY RESPONSIVE IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS - BOTH FOR SETTING-UP TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE, AND WEATHER-RELATED QUESTIONS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED JOB (WASN'T SURE IF THEY COULD STILL DO THE WORK IN INCLEMENT WEATHER). THE CREW ON-SITE DID A NICE JOB AND CLEANED-UP WELL AFTERWARDS. ALTHOUGH THEY ARRIVED LATER (9:15 AM) THAN SCHEDULED (8:30-9:00), ALL WORK WAS DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY ALSO HAD TO RUN OVER TO THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE TO PICK-UP ADDITIONAL FIBERGLAS BATTING SINCE THEY ORIGINALLY DIDN'T BRING ENOUGH TO FINISH THE JOB.

THIS PERSON BLEW US OFF TWICE FOR AN ESTIMATE AFTER CALLING TO CONFIRM THE FIRST AND SECOND TIMES. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. WE, AS A RESULT, DECIDED NOT TO USE HIM FOR OUR PROJECT.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I FELT THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE COMPARED TO ANOTHER QUOTE I HAD RECEIVED. I DID CALL AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO ASK A QUESTION CONCERNING WHY I HAD INSULATION COMING OUT OF BATHROOM FAN, AND BOB DID NOT RETURN MY CALL. AFTER ABOUT 3 DAYS, I NO LONGER HAD INSULATION MATERIAL FLYING OUT OF THE BATHROOM FAN.

THEY WERE ON TIME CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS, AND THE COST WAS REASONABLE
