When my aunt passed away she left my uncle who needed care behind. They did not have children so four nieces came together to care for them. The problem was two of us lived on the West coast one of us lived on the East coast and the remaining one was 2 hours away. For six years these ladies kept my uncle healthy and happy. Communication between the four of us and them was stellar. We were able to keep him out of a nursing home because of their excellent care. And we think that their care is what made him thrive. So often when an older person's spouse passes they soon follow. We were amazed at how well he did. Frankly they became part of the family and that's pretty much how we think of them now. Even though my uncle passed last year we still keep in touch And we are thrilled to find that the ladies have started their own business. We cannot sing their praises high enough. They took care of all aspects of his care. All four of us, of course, were very active in his care, even though three of us live so far away, And although it was a group effort between us all these two ladies are responsible for how well the group worked. Without them we don't know what we would have done.
