Although he wasn't available for my initial appt., when he received my message regarding severe pain, nausea, and migraines (all do a ruptured ovarian cyst), he called me to follow up within 2 hours of my first phone call. He then made time available to get me in for an ultrasound that afternoon, and was able to read & review the results before I left his office.

He is an excellent doctor. He is a good listener and doesn t rush. He is very informative. When I needed to go to a specialist he recommended me to a qualified doctor. He has an excellent staff and I would recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Berkoff for a little over 3 years. He is very personable and friendly. The office staff is nice. The waiting area is good. The clinic is very clean. He is very responsive. Dr. Berkoff is great. Dr. Berkoff is non-judgemental.

He is very compassionate and extremely confident. He is also very level-headed and pragmatic. I wouldn't see anyone else.

Dr. Berkoff gave birth to my child in September of 2007. Dr. Berkoff was very to the point and calculated. I thought initially I would like a doctor that was no nonsense as I wanted to have my baby my own way and all I wanted from a doctor were the facts. Everything went well in the end. I was able to have my baby without any drugs and no doula, however, I would NOT feel comfortable with him delivering my next child. While he said he was supportive of me not using any drugs or medication it was clear to me during delivery that he would have pushed me into it at the first sign of problems. I think he has a way of doing things and wants others to conform to it. In addition his reception staff is rude and it is difficult to get an appointment. However, he has a very nice nurse.
