This went terrible. According to him everything was finished on November 1st and that he still had some touch up to do. The balance was paid that day. After that the job was supposed to be finished within 2 weeks. When I went to look at the work the some of the rain gutters were not on the hourse and the ones that he did put on fell off over that winter. The rain gutters that were not installed were left on the side of the yard and stolen. I purchased more rain gutter s and repeatedly called him to finish the job and he never did finish them. He never completed the siding job of the roof and there are shingles that hang about 10-15 inches over the side. Informed him that he also needs to cut these and he has yet to finish them. Have called him every other week for about 9 months and he has yet to finish . He either puts off the appointment or claims one of his associates should have been there. He now doesnt answer my calls. Do not pay a contractor ahead of time before a job is finished is my best advice.
