Best place I have ever taken my car. They do a great job, staff are friendly, and prices are reasonable - lower than most other repair shops. I have used their services for more than 10 years and won't take my car anywhere else. I trust them completely.

Have used them for years though, excellent company. Very knowledgeable and very honest. Only time I have ever gone someplace else is when I needed a new tire on a Sunday.

Leo is the front-desk guy, friendly guy. I had asked for a general and brake inspection on an earlier visit. There was a small charge for this. They found nothing wrong with the brakes, but did find a frozen front strut. The car rides hard anyway and the freeze-up was gradual, so I hadn't noticed it until they mentioned it. Leo told me I didn't have to have it done immediately, and explained it would be relatively costly because the easy pre-assembled struts weren't available for my car. I soon decided to have it done. They got me in on two days notice. New Monroe-matic struts. The car was ready by early afternoon.

The first time I went to Baychar, I was in need of a new repair shop and they were in the neighborhood. Did a great job on my front brakes. They recommended only what needed to be repaired that day (unlike the dealer who always seems to have additional add-ons) and told me what I may need for future consideration.
The following week my son's car needed repair and again they provided great service.
Now I use them all the time for all my service and repairs.
They are trust worthy and friendly and only recommend the necessary repairs

I was able to make an appointment within a few days and work was started promptly and finished in a timely manner. I always feel that I am getting an honest opinion about what work is needed and what is not. Prices are fair and reasonable. My impression is that this is a friendly neighborhood business with many longtime customers.

I have been relatively happy with them. I would tell my friends and family members to go there, I would not tell them to not go there. I haven’t done too much shopping around, so I don’t know how well their prices would compare with someone else who gives the same quality service. If their prices are comparable, and I know that they are not outrageous I would rate them as excellent, if they are not comparable, I would rate them as very good, I just haven’t done my homework. They are awesome in their responsiveness, I don’t know of anyone to compare them with, but I am very happy with them. I drop my car off, I get a quote within a couple of hours, and I am very happy. They usually squeeze me in, and I get my car done the same day. Their professionalism is excellent, and they are quite spontaneous. I can’t expect them to be in suits and talk like Phd’s but they are fine.

They are excellent. They get the job done. They repaired my car for free. They take care of it promptly. They wouldn't repair a car for me one time because it's too old and too costly. They encouraged me to get a different car. They will always take their work back and fix it. They're friendly and prompt. They always give me a loaner car for free, if it takes more than an hour. Most of the people they know, they give a loaner car to.

They were very polite and helpful on the phone from our first phone call . We chose them because of past Angies list reports and the first phone call . They checked the car , discovered it was not the water pump and called us to let us know it was only a hose . A long and important one . they gave us the new estimate , thrilled us with the savings and were very quick completeing the job . A very , very good service provider . They have earned a loyal customer for our future car repairs . A very high recommendation to them .

The Baychar employees are all professional, kind and knowledgeable. As a woman, I have sometime felt uncomfortable in auto repair shops, but not at Baychar. They made me feel very much at ease. Another great perk at Baychar: they have FREE loaner cars available. I think you need to request a loaner at the time you set your appointment, since there is a limited number of loaner cars. Most auto places charge for a loaner car if you are over the warranty mileage.

BAYCHAR PERFORMED A LIMITED INSPECTION OF MY INOPERATIVE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, BUT WAS UNABLE TO PINPOINT THE PROBLEM. THEY REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER AUTO REPAIR PLACE FOR A MORE COMPLETE EXAMINATION. I WAS TOLD AFTER-THE-FACT THAT BAYCHAR LACKED THE CAPABILITY AND EQUIPMENT TO CONDUCT AN EXHAUSTIVE INSPECTION. I WAS NEVERTHELESS CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THEIR INSPECTION. THE SECOND AUTO REPAIR COMPANY DID HAVE THE ABILITY TO CONDUCT A COMPLETE INSPECTION (WHICH IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM) AND DID SO FOR AN ADDITIONAL $150. ALL IN ALL, WHAT SHOULD HAVE COST NO MORE THAN $150 ACTUALLY COST ME OVER $250. WHILE THE PEOPLE AT BAYCHAR WERE DECENT, I BELIEVE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED ME FOR AN INSPECTION THEY WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE.

ANOTHER SERVICE SHOP WANTED $700 TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR AND ANOTHER $700 TO REPLACE THE A/C. BAYCHAR SAVED ME OVER $900. INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE A/C THEY REFILLED IT WITH A COLORED DIE AND WATCHED FOR A LEAK, LOCATED IT AND PATCHED IT.
