BABY TIME FURNITURE

After looking at other store for nursery furniture we chose Baby Time. Unlike cribs we saw at chain stores for nearly as much, these pieces we REAL wood, not particle board. We returned to the store a few times to make our decision, and though the store times weren't always the most convenient for our schedules he stayed late one evening to help us finish our selections. When receiving the crib and other furniture from two different manufacturers, we went to assemble and noticed the stain colors didn't seem to match as closely as the floor models did. The store offered to swap our new pieces with their floor models (in perfect condition) at a discounted price. We only heard one complaint from a friend coming to the store to purchase from our gift registry. He waited a long time while a salesperson was on a personal phone call. He left before even being acknowledged. We told the gentleman we worked with at the store about this situation and he apologized.
