General Remodeling
They don't pay their sub contractors, they were unresponsive and avoided phone calls, did not finish the job. They did not complete the siding or the gutters.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We had contacted Artistic Design & Build through a third party company who finds local contractors. We had received repeated calls from them to come out and see the house. Once we did, they owner, Dave, seemed very nice and positive. He took our original blueprints to work up some preliminary designs. After 6-8 weeks I called to ask they please return the blueprints. They had said something to effect of, well, you want to see what we came up with, don t you? I said sure, and he told me he would have to follow-up with the designer. (I wonder if they even had a design at that point.) We received a call a few days later and were not quick about getting back to them. We left a message couple weeks later and our call was not returned. I have just contacted them to demand our blueprints be returned immediately.

"THE HOMEOWNER HAD PREVIOUSLY CONTRACTED WITH A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR TO REMODEL THEIR KITCHEN AND SAID THEY WERE DISSATISFIED WITH THAT COMPANIES EFFORTS. ARTISTIC DESIGN & BUILD DID MEET WITH THEM TO REVIEW THEIR PROJECT AT THEIR HOME. DUE TO WORK LOAD AND PERSONAL HEALTH ISSUES WE WERE NOT ABLE TO RESPOND TO THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER AS WE SHOULD HAVE. THE PLANS WERE RETURNED TO THEM WITHOUT IN PUT FROM US. AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY I PERSONALLY APOLOGIES FOR THIS."
