ARROW BOARD-UP INC

They were at my house within a couple of hours of being called. It was late Friday afternoon when called. The gentleman boarded up the window, said he would clean all of the glass and took part of my window with him as he said the frame was broken and I would need a whole new window. Well for that 2 X 3 piece of plywood and cleaning up the glass INSIDE my house, I was charged over $400.00. As I discovered later, he DID NOT clean up any of the large or small pieces of glass outside my house and I have a dog that could have been seriously hurt by it. I never heard from the gentleman again, so he basically stole part of my window. My claims adjuster could not believe how much they were charging and tried to get them to come down in price but they refused. I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything. I believe they are connected to Paul Davis Restoration as the gentleman was driving one of their vans.
