When I found I  could not unlock our front storm door this morning (keyed on both sides) I called three Angie's List locksmiths in the morning,  based on ratings and proximity. ARO was the only one with the lock needed in stock.  The locksmith showed up a few minutes early and completed the project quickly and professionally. He also replaced the doorknob (had started being hard to unlock during the winter). Labor/service call was $85 and parts were standard charges. Highly recommended.

They did a really good job. Really friendly and told me everything he was going to do, cleaned up afterwards, everything was fine. He answered all of my questions.

Super fast deadbolt re-keying, and much less expensive than coming to the home to remove the snapped-off key.

They are very pleasant, and do good work.

The service was very prompt and exceeded my expectations.  Tom and I discussed the option of having a "master" key for my duplex where one key would work both the upper and lower, while having seperate sets of keys for the upper and lower.  He also was able to rekey my 3 Schlage locks in a matter of minutes. 
Much less than buying 3 new deadbolts and was fast and easy.

They came really quickly and are reasonably priced. The technicians were really nice, too.

They do a good job.

I've never had them come out to my house but I just bring them lock and have them do locks.  They've keyed multiple locks for multiple keys for me.  I just keep going back to them.  It's like a small little corner locksmith and there isn't much to look at.  It's kind of cluttered in all but I can't image knowing anybody who does the jobs better than those guys.  They are always very prompt.  When you walk in they ask what they can do for you and nine times out of ten they do it right there for you on the spot in five minutes.  They are amazing.  There isn't much to look at in the store but all the gentlemen working there are nothing but professional.  In fact I'm going to them tomorrow.

When I called, I received the date I wanted.  They were punctual and professional.  Everything was done on the spot.  All needed equipment was in the truck.  I was very pleased.  I will be going to their store if I only need keys made.  I've had trouble with keys made from other places.

They were very informative and did the work.  I would use them again.  They worked with me to make it reasonable.  They didn’t try to oversell me.  They made a reasonable change to the locks to get them all on one key.  We were having issues with multiple different keys.  They gave me estimates upfront of what things would be, so that I can make decisions upfront.  They were conscientious about the time.  They knew how much time to allocate here.  It sounded like they tried to do intelligent scheduling so that they didn’t back people up.  They were really helpful upfront even before they came about giving me enough pricing information so I could make a decision about that.

Tom is the best.  I have used him 3 times in the past 6 years for various needs.  He is extremenly responsive, giving me great advice over the phone first, then arriving promptly when his presence is needed.  He is personable and quick and his work always has held up great.  When I have a lock/door question, Tom is the first and only call I make.

Everything went well. He charged only for the service call.

They gave me a 15% discount. Their charge was reasonable.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE USED ARO LOCK. OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS JUST AS PROFESSIONAL.

THE WORKER, TOM, ARRIVED PROMPTLY. HOWEVER, HE HAD TO LEAVE AND RETURN TO THE SHOP TO GRIND SOME OF THE KEYS I WANTED (THEY WERE SKELETON KEYS). HE SAID HE WOULD BE GONE FOR 45 MINUTES, BUT HE WAS GONE AT LEAST TWICE AS LONG. AFTER HE LEFT, I TRIED ALL THE KEYS TO MAKE SURE THEY WORKED. ON ONE OF THE DOORS, THE DOORKNOB CAME OFF IN MY HANDS. AT ANOTHER DOOR, I COULD NOT LOCK THE DOOR BECAUSE HE HAD NEGLECTED TO MAKE A HOLE IN THE DOORJAMB FOR THE DEADBOLT TO GO INTO. I CALLED THE COMPANY, AND THEY SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO COMPLETE HIS NEXT JOB BEFORE RETURNING. I TOLD HIM I WAS MISSING WORK, AND THEY ENDED UP HAVING TOM COME BACK RIGHT AWAY AND FIX THE WORK. ABOUT A WEEK LATER, ONE OF THE LOCKS FAILED. THE KEY WOULD NOT TURN IN THE LOCK. THEY SENT SOMEONE THE NEXT DAY AND REPLACED THE CYLINDER WITHOUT CHARGE. EVEN THOUGH THEY FIXED THEIR MISTAKES PROMPTLY AND REMAINED COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ARO LOCK TO ANYONE.
