ALL OUR COMMUNICATION WAS THROUGH ONE PERSON, BRYAN TOM. HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS OR CHANGES WE WANTED TO MAKE. WE SAT WITH HIM WHILE HE SHOWED US ALL THE DIFFERENT FLOOR PLANS POSSIBLE WITH THE SPACE WE HAD. BRYAN CHARGED US BY THE HOUR. IT WAS REMARKABLE THE SHORT TIME HE NEEDED TO CREATE SUCH DETAILED WORKABLE DRAWINGS. WE USED THOSE DRAWINGS TO SEEK BIDS FROM GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND RECEIVE THE BUILDING PERMIT FROM OUR CITY. EVEN SOME OF THE BUILDERS MADE FAVORABLE COMMENTS ABOUT THE PRINTS.
Description of Work: HIRED INITIALLY TO DETERMINE IF AN ADDITION TO THE SECOND FLOOR COULD BE BUILT OVER THE ATTACHED GARAGE. WITH THE USE OF MANMADE LUMBER (LVL'S) THE PROJECT COULD BE DONE. AT MY REQUEST ADS WENT ON TO DRAW-UP PLANS FOR A MASTER BATH, WITH WALK-IN CLOSET AND LAUNDRY ROOM.
