ALL OUR COMMUNICATION WAS THROUGH ONE PERSON, BRYAN TOM. HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS OR CHANGES WE WANTED TO MAKE. WE SAT WITH HIM WHILE HE SHOWED US ALL THE DIFFERENT FLOOR PLANS POSSIBLE WITH THE SPACE WE HAD. BRYAN CHARGED US BY THE HOUR. IT WAS REMARKABLE THE SHORT TIME HE NEEDED TO CREATE SUCH DETAILED WORKABLE DRAWINGS. WE USED THOSE DRAWINGS TO SEEK BIDS FROM GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND RECEIVE THE BUILDING PERMIT FROM OUR CITY. EVEN SOME OF THE BUILDERS MADE FAVORABLE COMMENTS ABOUT THE PRINTS.
