Overall the work done went very well. Paul communicates great and nicely split the entire job up into a few different parts so we could track progress of the entire project. Originally met Paul through a friend's recommendation in December 2010 a week before Christmas when my furnace failed on a freezing cold night when I was at home with my newborn son myself. After coming out immediately the next morning, Paul analyzed my old furnace for free (it would have been really expensive to repair the rabbit hole of potentialy fixes), he had a new furnace and heat in my house with in 12 hours before my wife came home and didn't charge me an emergency hourly or flat rate to do that. He is someone you can trust and count on period.
