He remembers speaking to you and was happy that he was able to get the repair covered under your warranty extension. He reviewed your repair order from November and did not see any concerns from you about any warning lights being on. He did review the technicians notes and did not see any indication of any warning lights being on. The work order stated that your vehicle was just in for a routine oil change and multi-point inspection. We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with the brakes and were happy to get the repairs completed for you at no cost at your December appointment.
