They do it right. They are kind of pricey. They are completely reliable and so i am happy with them. Same day. Facility is fine. I don't wait, they have a driver to drive me home and then pick me up when the work is done. No problems with the workers.

Yes, I would use them again. It took about an hour and a half to complete the work. The workers are professional, they are responsive to my needs, they listen to what I want and they are very courteous and professional. They gave me a checklist that we could possibly need done the next time we come in. I am selling the car, so they recommended I defer a few things instead of paying for them in the short run.

I am paying for premium service. It took about an hour and a half. They are professional and responsive to my needs. They listen to what I want. They are very courteous and professional. They gave me a checklist of the car and recommended some things for the next time we bring it in. They are aware that I am selling the car. It is 10 years old, so they recommended I defer a couple of things instead of paying for it in the short run.

They just made a lease fair and still about as smoothly as it possibly could have. One nice thing that they have always done for us, it's about the fourth car that we've leased from them but they never charge us upfront for anything more than the first months lease. You know a lot of other places you go, okay you get certain payment but you also are paying 2000 or whatever on the car, an addition. They have never done that, they've always just charged us the monthly lease price. I'm sure they work out different things for different people, but it worked for us and we appreciate that. They will do little extra things. When we first started to use them, we had a lease with another dealership. The other dealership made it very difficult to even return a car, we had to take it to one of the distant suburbs in the area, and they promised us no ride back or anything. Andrew Toyota took care of the whole thing, they returned our vehicle for us. They made the experience good then, and been doing it ever since.

My primary complaints about Andrew Toyota are the dismissive attitude of the service specialist; his ignorance of a potentially fatal manufacturing defect; and that Andrew does not check brake systems when told that the master warning light appears. I will never patronize them again and will discourage others from doing so.

He remembers speaking to you and was happy that he was able to get the repair covered under your warranty extension. He reviewed your repair order from November and did not see any concerns from you about any warning lights being on. He did review the technicians notes and did not see any indication of any warning lights being on. The work order stated that your vehicle was just in for a routine oil change and multi-point inspection. We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with the brakes and were happy to get the repairs completed for you at no cost at your December appointment. We strive to make sure every customers vehicle is safe, reliable, and very well maintained. I will make sure that my Service Manager calls you today to ensure that you are not having continued concerns. We are always here to help you for any future needs.
