Responded fast communicated what needed to be done and discussed improvements to avoid future issues.  Great job would call again.

The plumber who did the install was very professional and nice. He installed our new toilet very quickly and we ware very happy with the product.

Due to poor project management by contractor, Andersen Plumbing's work was fair at best. There were much miscommunication between plumber and remodeler, which created confusion as to when the plumber was needed or scheduled to show. The experiences related to the situation led us to rate Andersen as somewhat disorganized. 
Despite our feelings about Andersen's disorganization, we called them during the finish phase of our project and asked them to perform finish work services (install toilet; install sink; install shower head and handles). We sought Andersen finish work because they had completed all rough work - and we thought that given they knew our project could be the most efficient with completing finish work. They declined our offer and informed us that the reason for declining was because they were asked to do so by JM Remodeling.  While we respect a non-compete agreement that may exist between the builder and Andersen plumbing, the original project was only for rough plumbing. After working with a different finish plumber (found on Angieslist), who identified errors in Andersen's work, we believe that Andersen's basis for declining may be due to the shoddy work completed during the rough plumbing phase.
The finish plumber noted several errors made by Andersen during the rough plumbing phase, including: 
* installing toilet flange too low (not allowing room for sub-floor and tile)
* installing shower handle backing incorrectly
* failing to include a backing for our pedestal sink
* lack of precision on plumbing/plping location for the pedestal sink
The errors by Andersen resulted in an additional 3 hours of work by the finish plumber (estimated $445). 

During the remodeling process I also hired them to check out some of our other projects which they were very quick and diligent about.  They have also replaced a toilet, garbage disposal and kitchen faucet in our house.  Very efficient and professional team.

Andersen Plumbing was hiired for a tiny part of a  water/mold damage issue that resulted in all our tiling, walls and flooring in our master bathroom to be removed and replaced.  The contractor told me the $385 charge was actually the minimum charge for Andersen to come out twice and doing the work in less than an hour each time.
We were out of town for six weeks while the work was done, so we never met with Andersen Plumbing directly, but had confidence in our general contractor to pick trustworthy, competent subs.  Andersen Plumbing was the exception.
The work they were hired to do was done sloppily.  Our shower controls no longer point straight up and down for on and off, instead they are off kilter, with no rhyme or reason for the angles they are set at.  Nothing leaks, but the finished work does not look professional.  (see photo)
Now for the work they were NOT hired to do: TRESPASSING AND MARKETING for Andersen Plumbing.  We found huge ( 8" by 5") stickers on all our plumbing appliances in the basement (water heater, softener, etc).  They also entered my kitchen, went under my sink, and slapped one of the obnoxious stickers on my garbage disposal! (see photo)   Not only did they place their stickers everywhere, but they also REMOVED the stickers from our regular plumbers with whom we have service contracts, and active warranties left.  When we found these stickers we were angry to think someone had the nerve to do this, and later became even more upset wondering where else this person may have trespassed in our home, "just to look around".  Where did he draw the line?? We will never know.
I called our contractor to let him know about this, and he was very apologetic, and said this had never happened before.  He said he knew the owner of Andersen Plumbing personally, and would call him to discuss this.  That was in November 2012.  To date we have not heard from Andersen Plumbing either with an apology or an offer to return and fix the shower controls.  At this point my husband does not want them in our home again.

The piping was installed by Nick and Matt who were very professional and explained in detall what and why they were doing as they proceeded.. They worked collaboratively with the electricians from Roman Electric.I would not hesitate to hire Andersen Plumbing again.

They did really great work. I was very satisfied with their work.

They were great. They came and gave us an estimate and the person who gave the estimate said that we should allow for a 2-day job, but it happened that they were able to get it done in 1 day. The price was good. We had another company in for an estimate and it wasn t bad, but the one from Andersen was a little bit lower and we had worked with them in the past. The quality of the work was good also.

I have used this company for 15 years. They give 24 hr. service. They have always done great work and I have never had any complaints. They are prompt and always come when you need them.

I was very pleased with the work done. The guys were very prompt and friendly. They did a lot of work in a short period of time. A job well done.

Andersen Plumbing personnel were friendly, professional and neat in the work they did. The plumbers cleaned up at the end of each days work and the work was completed in a timely, cost effective fashion. We have been pleased with the outcome of their hard work.

Plumber was on time and he did a good job. I would hire this company again.

JIM WAS POLITE, COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND FAIR. HE RETURNED OUR SERVICE CALL IMMEDIATELY, AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JIM AND HIS COMPANY.

AFTER HE WAS 20 MIN OVERDUE, I CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE HERE IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. SHOWED UP 45 MINUTES LATER, NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGIES. WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE BUT I WOULD SELECT A DIFFERENT ''GRADE A''. PLUMBER.

ANDERSEN HAS DONE SEVERAL JOBS FOR US AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND THEY FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS SO YOU ALWAYS DEAL WITH SOMEBODY WHO REALLY CARES.

WE'VE UTILIZED ANDERSEN ON SEVERAL EARLIER OCCASIONS WITH COMPLETE SATISFACTION.

THEY WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY GUYS AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
