Hair Removal
I started with treatments in Jan 2008 and consistently gave feedback to the staff and management about my disappointment in their product and the lack of reduction. Some staff shared in the fact that their laser didn't work very well, but to wait because they were getting an upgrade. After multiple discussions with the regularly rotating managers, I was told they could not do anything until my contact expired. So, I continued with treatments and continued to express my frustration.
Then, in Aug of 2010, the Mequon location closed suddenly (they called and told me my appt, had been moved Wauwatosa). Upon my first appt. at 'Tosa, I had a long conversation with the tech, and the manager. I was again told they could not do anything until I completed my contract terms. So, I made the 40 minute (each way) trip for the next 9 months. At the end of the contract period, management told me that I if I wanted to pay $150 per hour going forward, I could continue treatments. I told them that was an unacceptable and unreasonable option for me. At my last appointment, the tech said she would have the manager contact me. Not surprisingly, I did not hear anything further.
In the end, I had ZERO reduction in the face, about 50% on my legs and 10-20% on underarms and bikini.
