I remember that their price is reasonable; it did not stand out as high cost or anything. .  Their service was good, their came out promptly and did the job.  They are long established and they are capable of doing very large jobs.  They did the entire HVAC for this house 10 years ago. They actually made a custom designed cooling system for this house and I call them every year since then for regular maintenance.

In October 2013 I needed a new furnace, and since the Lennox Pulse was no longer available, I chose to go with a different vendor based on price and product.

The furnace was installed in December without a hitch. An incentive to buy my furnace from them included a 5 year free maintenance deal. I later found out, there was no maintenance deal, when I was offered a discount on my next service to rectify paperwork problems. They sent me paperwork that needed to go to the city and lost or forgot to submit my energy rebate.
Found a problem with the installation when I turned on the central air this summer with condensation improperly draining. I called Iron Fireman/American Indoor Environment to fix the problem, but no sense of urgency to come and fix the problem. I called another company (I wasn't sure I could trust them to be truthful about the true problem) and they were at my home pronto, and found that the drain pan had been incorrectly reinstalled.
I have tried contacting Iron Fireman to let them know of my frustrations, their misstatements, and lack of follow through. I would not trust them to do any further work in my home.

The serviceman called to tell us when he'd arrive, he arrived 3 minutes before he said he would, he took off his shoes, went right to work, got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time, answered a couple of questions I had, added a few facts I hadn't known about, and went on his way.  Give 'em an A+!  These folks are exactly what us homeowners are looking for in terms of competence, thoroughness, and simple human interconnection.

Installers arrived unannounced at 7:30 AM.Work proceeded in a businesslike manner and results look very good.We left the house for a couple of hours while the units were being replaced with no hesitation in doing so,

I have been using them for nine years now. I trust what they do. They know the equipment. They are very prompt and they respond well to phone calls. I had a problem with something and they came back right away to take care of it. They were very responsive. I did not like the work done by one of their persons. So, they made sure that they did not send that particular person again. They have been sending out another service person everytime since then. I will continue using them in the future.

I has the repair man in one week and he told me my ac was about 40 years old, I knew the furnace was 15 years old. So I called the salesman the next day and asked him to come and see me. He was there the same day, fitting me in. I got the info and slept on it for a couple days. I called on Friday late and left a message that I was going to do it. On Thursday, two men appeared to install it. They kept me well informed about everything they were doing and instructed me on the operations after it was installed. Very satisfactory. I have given it a test run (it is cool right now) and it operates as advertised.

They were very good. My experience with them was good. I have used them over the years and so, I did not look at the price. I taught in this district and some of them had been the old students of mine. So, I went with them. I hope I don't have to use them again as I got my furnace in December, a new air conditioner in May and I think that I am pretty well set for my time in this house.

I called AIE because they had a good rating on Angie's list, are local and perform maintainance.  I was able to get an appointment within a few days. He was timely and efficient checking out our system and doing some cleaning. He pointed out we didn't have our filter on (we've only lived here a few months) and cleaned that and turned it on.  I asked about a fall/spring service program which he said he would have the office send out information on.  

We spent $4485 on that work. We thought that they were just very honest and professional. We never bid on it because we just like working with them and we know the people. They were wonderful people.

They were right on time, and there for about one hour. They got the furnace running, cleaned and inspected as well. Very polite. I would use them again in the future.

They did a good job! I've used them ten years. They come several times, they sent a guy to inspect the work when they completed. The inspector for the company saw an error and made workers repair it immediately. They are willing to come at a moments notice to help when you are in need of repair.

I've been using them for about 10 years. They give absolutely excellent service to their customers! Including same day, in most all cases.
